Abstract
Posyandu Plus merupakan transformasi layanan kesehatan berbasis komunitas yang mendukung pencapaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), termasuk aspek kesehatan jiwa. Namun, layanan kesehatan jiwa di tingkat Posyandu masih terbatas pada skrining dasar tanpa tindak lanjut, sistem rujukan, maupun pelatihan khusus bagi kader. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model integrasi layanan kesehatan jiwa dalam Posyandu Plus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dummy diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap enam informan kunci, observasi kegiatan Posyandu di lima kelurahan, serta telaah dokumen kebijakan lokal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 70% kader menyatakan belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan kesehatan jiwa, 80% pencatatan masih manual, dan 65% responden menyebutkan tidak ada SOP rujukan tertulis. Sebagai respons, disusun model integrasi berbasis tiga pilar: (1) skrining dan rujukan komunitas adaptif, (2) pelatihan kader dengan pendekatan praktis, dan (3) pelaporan digital terhubung dengan sistem informasi kesehatan daerah. Model ini diharapkan memperkuat kapasitas Posyandu Plus sebagai layanan primer yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat.
